After you sign up for Jase Plus, an account is created that you can log in and manage your preferences at any time. You should receive an email after account creation with login details for future reference. For all Jase product orders, one parent/guardian orders for all members of the family under 18. The Family Plan option is most applicable for families with children 18+.

Members of a “Family” should be limited to parents and children. It is not designed to support extended family on the same family plan.

Short answer, yes! However, there are savings for purchasing a year up front. If you cancel your year membership prior to the end of your contracted year, you’ll still have the benefits through the end of the contract.

You can also opt to pay a slightly higher rate for month to month access. That can be cancelled at any time as well and you would still have access through the remainder of the current month you paid for.
